THE FAMILY
Developed by a local family with families in mind, The Shops of Donald Ross Village was established by Brock Development Corporation in 2006 and began its re-imagination in 2019. Founded in 1973 by Herbert Brock, Brock Development Corporation is a family owned commercial real estate management and development company specializing in the acquisition, development, redevelopment, management and leasing of commercial real estate assets. The company headquarters, located within The Shops of DRV, is operated by several Brock family members who serve as principals, leasing agents and asset managers. Brock has developed over 2 million square feet of retail, office, hotel and residential projects across Florida and New York.
